MAHARLIKA LAND PROPERTIES & HOMES CORP., named after flagship corporation of the late Rizal Vice Governor Jose C. Hernandez Maharlika Wood Industries Inc., was incorporated and registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission with SEC No. CS200709900 dated June 26, 2007.

The company enjoys tremendous support from its base market because of its socialized lot sizes and liberal payment terms, allowing fellow Filipinos to own pieces of land in highly accessible areas.

The future indeed, looks bright for MAHARLIKA LAND PROPERTIES & HOMES CORP., as it endeavours to serve a particular role in the market as it continues to harness its asset-their PEOPLE.

MLPHC’s Chairman/President has well rounded experiences in real estate business under Homeowners Development Corporation (Homeowners Realty Corporation) in 1975 and manufacturing-export woodwork products since 1975 under Maharlika Wood Industries, Inc. both founded by his late father Rizal Vice- Governor Jose C. Hernandez.

At the time MR. JOSE I. HERNANDEZ, JR. stint with Homeowners Development Corporation projects such as Madonna Homes Subd. Cainta, Metropolis Subd.Pasig, Bridgestone Park Subd. Pasig, Northwood Subd. Pasig and Panorama Hills Subd. Marikina, Birmingham Homes Subd. Cainta emerged.

MARIA LOURDES HERNANDEZ

EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT

MLPHC’s Executive Vice President graduated from University of the Philippines with degree of Bachelor of Science in Business Economics and has masteral units (MBA) at De la Salle University.

She started in the door manufacturing business at Maharlika Wood Industries, Inc. in 1982.

MA. LOURDES P. HERNANDEZ, a licensed real estate broker, Real Estate License No. REB-13275-R, earned her spurs in the real estate industry from the Fil-Estate Group of Companies, having served as an Area Sales Director.

Lou was also the Vice-President Sales/Marketing of North 44 Realty Development Corporation that handled the complete selling courses to its in-house brokers that gave many numerous lots and house and lot buyers to North 44 Realty Development Corporation.
